Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on unpaid balances.

Florida Elite Exterior Development, LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
  
  

• Loose or improperly installed siding
  
  

• Oxidation on vinyl or painted surfaces
  
  

• Cracked or deteriorated concrete
  
  

• Damaged wood, caulking, or window seals
  
  

• Improper drainage issues
  
  

Pressure washing may reveal underlying defects that were previously hidden by dirt or buildup.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide access to water and electricity (if required)
  
  

• Remove personal items from service areas
  
  

• Secure pets
  
  

• Close all windows and doors
  
  

Failure to prepare the property may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

5. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for safety and quality assurance.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will assess the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability
